Parkway Realty Advisors LLC is a MAI (Member Appraisal Institute) designated real estate appraisal and consulting firm licensed in Tennessee & Georgia, providing residential, commercial and industrial real estate services.  Our firm provides residential service to the Chattanooga MSA, and our commercial/industrial division covers the states of Tennessee & Georgia. 

 

Parkway’s experience includes, but is not limited to, the valuation of single and multi-family residential properties, office/warehouse facilities, distribution centers, single and multi-tenant professional/medical office buildings, big-box retail stores, community shopping centers, strip shopping malls, restaurants, gas stations/convenience stores, special-purpose facilities, golf courses, redevelopment and infill projects, subdivisions and undeveloped acreage.
